FROM CERTAIN LANDS WITHIN THE TOWN OF COLLINGWOOD
NOTICE:
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Collingwood deems it necessary to release Blanket Easement SC12805 to the developer pursuant to Paragraph 3(c) of the Blanket Easement Agreement (Georgian Meadows) as all easements required pursuant to the subdivision agreement have been granted;

NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF COLLINGWOOD HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
- THAT The Corporation of the Town of Collingwood shall release blanket easement SC12805 from the following lands pursuant to Paragraph 3(c) of Schedule A “Blanket Easement Agreement (Georgian Meadows)” as all easements required pursuant to the subdivision agreement have been granted:
- Lots 1-94 (incl.), Blocks 95-103 incl., Connor Avenue, Cullen Court, Alyssa Drive, Kayla Crescent all on Plan 51M-809;
- Part of Lot 43, Concession 10(NOTT) being Part 4 on Plan 51R-30962 except Plan 51M-809 and except Plan M-860; and
- Lots 1-75, Block 76, Brook Avenue, Connor Avenue and Alyssa Drive all on Plan 51M-860.
- THAT the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to execute any documents in conjunction with this transaction;
- THAT this By-law shall come into full force and effect on the date of final passage hereof.
ENACTED AND PASSED this 23rd day of February, 2009.
