BEING A BY-LAW TO RENAME STEPHENS STREET TO CLARK STREET
NOTICE:
WHEREAS Section 27 the Municipal Act, 2001, S.O. 2001 c. 25, as amended, allows a municipality to pass by-laws in respect of a highway only if it has jurisdiction over the highway;

AND WHEREAS notice has been provided for the proposed change pursuant to By-law No.03-12 of the Corporation of the Town of Collingwood;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF COLLINGWOOD HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
- THAT Stephens Street, as identified on Plan 51M-920 and located between Poplar Sideroad and Findlay Drive in the Town of Collingwood, County of Simcoe, be renamed to Clark Street.
- THAT This By-law shall come into full force and effect on the date of final passage hereof at which time all By-laws that are inconsistent with the provisions of this By-law and the same are hereby amended insofar as it is necessary to give effect to the provisions of this By-law.
ENACTED AND PASSED this 23rd, day of February, 2009.
