Collingwood Public Utilities (COLLUS) prepares water compliance reports on a regular basis for the Town of Collingwood. The reports cover both the Raymond A. Barker Ultrafiltration Plant and the Collingwood Distribution System, which includes more than 150 km of water pipe.
