As per The Ontario Heritage Act, Section 29; 6, a, iii Notice is hereby made that the Council of the Corporation of Collingwood passed By-law No. 2010-019, during its regular meeting held February 8, 2010.
The purpose of this by-law, was to designate; 125 Napier Street, as having Cultural Heritage Value and Interest under Section 29 of the Ontario Heritage Act.
