The Collingwood Public Library has an exciting opportunity for inspiring, dynamic professional leaders to apply for the position of Library Director. You will take over from a retiring Director, Library Services and reporting to the Library Board, lead a Library Service established in 1856 and located in a newly designed LEEDS building. The Library houses a comprehensive collection of approximately 58,000 volumes and is complete with well equipped meeting spaces, a state of the art technology suite and inviting and relaxing reading areas. You will bring with you a Masters degree in Library Science or equivalent plus five (5) years’ progressive management experience as Director or Assistant Director of a library. The position is 35 h/w with an annual salary range from $89,962 to $109,291 plus benefits.
