A permit or Cutting down, damaging or otherwise destroying trees on private property is subject to the guidelines described in the Tree Protection By-law. In accordance with this Municipal By-law, you must have a permit to destroy or damage trees on private property unless lands are otherwise exempt. The application is included below.
