About Planning Services
Our offices are located at 105 Hurontario Street (between Second and Third Streets) directly south of the main municipal offices or the "Clock Tower" which is located at 97 Hurontario Street and our hours of operation are 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Planning Services can provide you with a number of services including the preparation of official plans and zoning by-laws, exercising control over the subdivision of land, and indirectly by providing municipal services and pursuing municipal policies which support and reinforce the planning objectives of the municipality.
